It was stated by management during the conference call that they were in discussion with 12(?) different BP companies and that all were waiting for the data. Is it too optimistic to interpret this literally or should we couch it with the caveat that the EFFda must approve as well?

I am inclined to take this statement literally since there are many smart critical thinkers in BP (a necessary characteristic to be successful in that field IMO) so they will act on data knowing that approvals will come eventually.
