Years ago I was playing very drunken blackjack at the Bellagio. I was playing multiple spots and was in for way more than I should have been. But I was having fun and was even on a run, getting about half to two-thirds the way out of the whole I’d dug when I decided to ask the dealer a question.
I said, “If I tip you $50 will you only speak to me in the third person for the rest of the shoe?”
He replied, “Gene will do whatever Respert wants”.
I never made all my money back but it earned me a free three night stay. Good times.
