I agree Mini we all know stock price will explode at least up to the
.0005-.001 area once ALL Filings are done and PHIL is back current.
Only makes sense Henry would want to delay things as long as
possible until he has put together $$$$ sources to do a BUYBACK as
cheap as possible.
We'll all find out soon enuf in next couple weeks barring no more
delays.
