It had nothing to do with GHW other than he fathered NAFTA...Clinton signed it and ran with it...follow by Bush jr then the divider and Chief Obama. The the Oh sh_t moment. Hillary lost and the swamp was left exposed.
I'd say you have a problem in that 30 state bodies are held by Republicans and 6 more could fall. Yes, I know you have wet dreams. House should switch hands and Senate should hold.
