I'm not sure what is going on with the court case, but it doesn't appear to be stopping annihilare from continuing. A week ago on annihilare's face book page they shared a company called Castle Keepers post. Castle keepers posted and shared pictures saying they were using the annihilare (Annhilyzer) and will be rolling them out into production. This seems crazy that such a thing is allowed.
