Reminder; 7 days, 8 of october, ALTRIA DECISION; meanwhile...“Altria has the option to acquire 100% ownership interest in Lexaria Nicotine commensurate with then-current fair market value. Lexaria Bioscience has not sold or optioned any of its own equity.”
Per the press release on Altria’s investment in Lexaria Nicotine subsidiary.
Altria is a $71 billion market cap company. If you were Altria and negotiating a fair market value price would you want Lexaria’s stock price to soar......of course not.
It is my speculation that the stock price is artificially being held down in order for Altria to negotiate the most favourable terms possible.
If my speculation is correct you may never see these low $.26 per shares
prices ever again.
