I agree the anecdotal EIND gives us cause for real hope, but the 25% overall is high for it all to be in placebo when we are 2-1. Remember we lost quite a few of those EIND criticals at Montefiore. Likely nothing would have saved them, and there is strong suspicion that contributed to saving the 4, but if I recall, 7 of 11 criticals died.
