If you are j US, heard market is tanking in Orlando and South Florida. I'm waiting for about a year till the sell off starts in those areas.
The last round in 2009 we could buy high end and fully upgraded houses for 150 to 250. About a quarter of their value just before the crash. It took them about 2 years to fully depreciate.
