Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory?
If one looks closely at the pictures in Dr. Rodney Samaan's Seeking Alpha piece entitled, "A Summary and Understanding of CCR5 and How Leronlimab Works," they add up to 67 patients, of whom 47 were either extubated, improved, or saved. That is 70%. Compared to remdesivir, which did not move the needle on death, I would expect the stock to start climbing the wall of anticipation. Instead, people are selling, grasping defeat from the jaws of victory.
Dr. Kelly said they were hearing from Big Pharma, but no bites yet. Silly me, but I think they are being silly, or not understanding the science. I say not understanding the science because why would Gilead bid up IMMU to $21 billion when there is a safer and more effective drug around.
Compatriots, don't assume that the guys running these big pharma companies are geniuses. This is an obvious blunder.
