I'd like to point out something about CEO compensation. The national median average is about 4.5% of earnings, most often accompanied by performance bonus enhancements.
Mr Kay is making $150K per year at a company that's bringing in about $800K per year in revenues. He's making almost 20% of total revenues - I can't see how that can be justified in a company that's never made a profit.
