It seems both BP and NP are indeed right. Let's not forget that audio interview by J. Lalezari given to some students. He clearly claimed that they (CyDy) had to instruct the FDA because of them not understanding how Ll might work against Covid19.
So issues between BPs methods and the FDA wouldn't surprise me anymore. He is probably miles ahead and they are doing it the old fashioned way. NP probably didn't want to lose time and played by FDA's standards, dropping BP.
