Just an addition and one correction. I used the F-Test in Excel. I've also added the assumed placebo mortality rate for the LL/PL cases. To me what it says is that in order to reach p < .005 we need the placebo mortality rate to be 45% (which sounds too high). That is assuming the 200 participants and 50 death figures are correct.
