It just doesn't happen. 13.3 billion issued shares. If Henry can get financials posted before the SEC suspends, then it will be a good thing. But if financials are current, that also means FINRA can approve of a reverse split if Henry pursues it. This stock is very high risk.
Henry diluted this ticker to it's death. Right now the best thing he can do for shareholders is file current financials and not reverse split.
