THAT was relevant enough. 2 or 3 lives out of 10 just don't quite cut it. If it's my life or a loved one's life it 's very significant & a couple thousand bucks ain't so much. I fear that if wave 2 is bad 200,000 out of 1 mln could be enough. But again, not disputing what government agencies might do (especially in an election year.
