$PSGR Sept 30, 2020. Amazing! The share price is currently at $0.015! This could be TWO months in a row where the share price was not below a penny.
Why do you think this has occurred?
1) The company is actively producing a product?
2) The company is on the cusp of producing a product?
3) The company has located precious metal ore veins that are BIG?
4) The company will soon issue another Press Release about the 'future'
5) The company hired knowledgeable hands-on miners?

6) Is someone buying shares at $0.015 just to keep it above a penny?

My response for #4: It is about time for another Rah-Rah PR that says nothing
