SAF, Holy Moly Dude! You are obviously a very passionate share holder and very blunt to say the least. With that being said it sort of makes you sound like a person who is trying to put a negative spin on this board. Maybe? maybe not? (I'm reminded of a saying... something about honey and vinegar) I might suggest that you write an email to NP and ask him yourself to please explain. Maybe, you might get the answer you are looking for, and maybe, you can make a more informed decision on whether you want to remain in this company. I'm not trying to be argumentative, I'm just trying to suggest a way that might make you feel more comfortable. You might even offer up a suggestion to him on how he can avoid any confusion in the future. Just trying to help!
