All dates I posted were completely ruined by a dysfunctional government that: couldn't pass Federal budgets, resorted to several Continuing Resolutions (CRs) where nothing new not already in the normal 18 month procurement pipeline (unless deemed emergency ongoing op required) can be ordered. Then ground to a halt by the longest government shutdown on record! When I retired from the USAF that procurement pipeline was a well oiled, functioning machine. Then politicians threw sand in its gears delaying a lot more than just SFOR's Endpoint Lock acquisition & deployment.
