We are, mostly I think, investors in a publicly traded company. the performance of a vendor is not really something the CEO should be updating us on. What the CEO did do was in form us that there was issues with the BLA and they are working through it. Investors in a company are not as important as you think in the running of a company. I guess it would be an actionable event to some but to me i expect the people running the company to handle the hot dog manufacturing and not feel the need to give investors a daily update on how the hot dog is made.

Again, the important info is that Incell DX was responsible for delaying our BLA, focusing on blaming Nader for not telling us is so not important comparatively. Why are you not asking for Dr Patterson to answer for this? Is he so golden that he could not possibly bear responsibility?
