I finally was able to listen to the call for myself. Overall it was just what I expected, plenty of great confirmations of our DD which has shown that all aspects of the company are firing on all cylinders. Others have already summarized the main points so I won't repeat that, but here are a few things that stood out to me.
The UK of course- PO and cash in hand is a big deal. More orders coming. Also important to note from today's PR that they are providing equipment to hospitals (Annihilyzer) AND equipment for fluid production (we know that means Filta via NTH).
Info on distributors- list is now 26 approved and they are daily getting calls that are being vetted. I am on the lookout for at least 1 unknown distributor that we have not named yet. As we have said, this growing network builds a solid base of constant and growing revenues. Along with that we got some clarity on revenues even if it wasn't as specific as some want. Bill clarified that level 3 distributors pay the following-
1. Up front signing fee. I think Namtae posted here an amount?
2. Monthly machine fees
3. “Per gallon royalty minimums which are substantial” - Bill's words
Oil and Gas development. That update is a big one, not many realize what is happening there... I will make a separate post later about the consultant they have retained, I have been researching him. Pretty big deal that will soon be realized.
Also, the marketing and website improvements are much welcomed and sorely needed. We will see the benefits of that soon as well.
Overall my impressions of the call are that it was a great capture of much activity on many fronts. I wish they did a better job of presenting the highlights in a PR, but the company is continuing to grow at an incredible pace. Better days are ahead... and soon.
