There's no transparency with private companies, period.
We must conclude, I think, that either StrikeForce makes the worst deals on a consistent basis - which entail, sometimes, not getting paid for years, if ever - or that the money was diverted.
Bo Dietl is still going around saying he paid for the patents, he's been quoted in publications, and Mark Kay is still going around saying the company hasn't been paid.
