My sense is that they want to stage it out based on progress.
QB is upon us in a few weeks. My thinking is 2 to 3 quarters on the QB to establish a track record while bringing everything on line (UK, O&G, New Marketing, Distribution Infrastructure, etc) and then move up to a major exchange such as NYSE or NASDAQ.
I think you will see the move in 2021 once everything is synced up.
That is my take for what it is worth
