It is also possible assay testing is finished and GNBT may know the results via an abstract, (for instance, x number of 33 provided a response and x did not, but will not be released the specific reports until payment is remitted. I vaguely recall reading that it would take about $900k to create & test the 33 samples.
Something like this would explain the high confidence GNBT has + the ability to be moving forward with BK, Canada & China and still not be able to publish results, or even say that they have them. Just a guess. Also, things happen at a snails pace in healthcare, especially when there is a regulatory pathway to be followed.
Also your comment is astute on Orlando John as it seems he may be suffering from a Nocebo effect when it comes to GNBT.
A nocebo effect is said to occur when negative expectations of the patient regarding a treatment cause the treatment to have a more negative effect than it otherwise would have. (Via Wikipedia)
