I think lack of Governance is part of it. I also think we as a country are very spoiled, not to mention selfish and/or not very bright to the reality of the virus and almost have that youth mentality that we /I can't be hurt or won't die from this. On the surface the numbers percentage wise seems minuscule, but as many have pointed out, as a population the numbers are huge. Just saying!
