No drug regulatory agency does an analysis from raw data. It is up to the company or DSMC to do the analysis and submit it. If Cytodyn or Amarex took over the raw data then might as well submit the analysis to every country's drug regulatory agency that will accept it. Approved in the Philippines might not have the cachet of FDA approved but at least people's lives will be saved and leronlimab will prove it's worth.
