My understanding is that we dont see the data unless the trial is stopped, or CYDY forces the data released.
I wouldnt be surprised if they decide to continue the trial, to see CYDY request the data and take the penalty.
I suspect that I would be in favor of this, as I dont expect the final p value to be over .04 (and if it is, the FDA would probably string us along anyway)
