The time for "hints" has come and gone, so now it's time to send management a clear message. This will be the first time in five years that I vote 'No' to issuing any more incentive shares. I understand how important it is for the BoD to have some level of discretion when it comes to creating incentive plans, but I don't feel any more shares should be awarded until we're off the OTC and we have a PDUFA date in hand. Submitting BLAs is meaningless until they get accepted.
