Yes and he is directly responsible for how that money is spent...he is accountable to the shareholders. He also has the responsibility of policing all channel partner deals and making sure that we are not being taken advantage of. It is obvious we have been take advantage of by all our deals. We have no revenue. We have not sold our patents. Why would they buy them when they use them for free. The CEO is supposed to enforce our deals not turn a blind eye while the company is ransacked. It is time for these guys to put up or shut up.
