There’s a clause in the Fife deal that if another Capital raise occurs below $10, then the Fife deal reverts to that amount as well.
“I’m more on the side of NP didn’t block anything but I don’t discount your thoughts or actually know what has occurred.”
Not my thoughts at all but NP’s actions. NP also submitted a cancer BTD with data from 2 patients, which no biotech investor would believe. But he did.
