TC, in re-reading the 8k, it is called an “up-front licensing fee”, so I have a hard time thinking it would be tied to the IND approval... it says pretty clearly that the $2.5MM is due within two weeks of signing the contract, which itself is due by Friday.
Of course, in the attached exhibit, it says $2MM, so we’ll see if that’s the typo (since $2.5MM has been stated several times).
