Herd Immunity preached by Top white house official (President) seems to be in stark contrast to what National Serological Survey suggests. "Herd Immunity is not anytime soon...if ever.
After analysis of 28,000 dialysis patients... folks on Medicare...with blood drawn regularly the survey indicates that less than 10% of Americans have antibodies to protect from Covid-19.
Ms. Julie Parsonnet, Professor of Medicine @ Stanford U. authored the study saying " despite high rates of Covid-19 in the USA we haven't come close to Herd Immunity."
Robert Redfield, (current) Director of the CDC agrees. He spoke to Congress and told them about 90% of our population "remains Susceptible.
All of this speaks volumes, to the role we might play on the Worlds stage.
