hylander, as I stated I think they mean in Malaysia. I can not see a penny company in another nation paying for a drug approval in the US. I believe they mean they just need FDA approval to start a trial and then Bintai will get trials going with Malaysians, not Americans. This can easily be sorted by someone reaching out to Joe to clarify if Bintai is paying for an entire FDA approval in the US? or if they need FDA approval to start a trial only?
