There is no way the Malaysian government is going to pay for an FDA approval so they can use it in their country. I'm thinking it is just how it is written. I'm thinking they mean they want the FDA to give approval to start a trial and then Bintai will get a trial going in Malaysia. It would be great if a friend of Joe would confirm that with him.
