Hey rjs, maybe you or doc could reach out to Joe and find out if this is true...
"After Generex has received the full FDA approval on the vaccine and provide full documentation to Bintai Kinden, Bintai Kinden will commence the registration process with [Malaysia's] National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency for the vaccine," Bintai Kinden said.
FDA stands for the US Food and Drug Administration.
If so, we will be 6 months or longer before we have any kind of possible FDA approval for a vaccine. That means the only money we get from Bintai is the upfront $2.5M. That will not go very far to run a trial to get FDA approval. Something is off with this. It is certainly not clear as I brought up late last week when I initially saw the FDA in the SEC filing.
