That shows for example Morgan Stanley started a new position of 9601 shares. JP Morgan Chase took a new position with 11 shares, which indicates they are watching it to see if they want to buy more. Many can't invest until the stock gets over $3 but this is a pretty good start.

Also, the latest offering was oversold, and indicates large investors bought in.
