We discussed this last week from the 8k. I thought perhaps it was just protection for BK so they didn't have to pay for US approval and were only liable for working toward approval in other countries.

But it looks like the primary approach is to go thru the FDA, then use that as the lead-in to other countries. I suppose maybe FDA approval is accepted by many other countries and is good for approval in those countries?
