RJS, there is another reference to the FDA in this article. This time they explicitly say that BK will be waiting for FDA approval of the vaccine before they proceed with the vaccine in Malaysia.

So that veiled reference to the FDA last week may be correct. They will be pursuing approval in the US first, then approaching the Malaysian regulators, unless something is incorrect here...
