I would normally agree with your assessment about sales and marketing efforts, ( I live in that world) however, if this molecule does as advertised, family members and those affected will be asking for the "holy Grail" by name, while discussing with family physician (I think options and differentiation will be a moot point). It Works.
Sales,licensing, distribution etc., ....like a marshalling yard, with "The Little Engine That Could." ...just chugging along.
