I think you are mistaken. SB never posted more that the first page of the sales agreement (see US Warranty).Nothing on that first page stated anything about unsold units .
Plus how do you sell units that you never ship to dealerships? If, as you claim, dealerships are returning unsold units, where is SB going to store 30,000 units? He shouldn't have any COGS going forward for three years because he's already booked those costs.
But we both know that he never had much inventory and never shipped inventory to dealerships. It was all on paper. As worthless as the stock. As worthless as all the supposed signed sales agreements.
