Actually, the info about Veneto is in Generex’s filings and Joe detailed his dispute with them in the 2019 year end summary. Joe also discussed this on numerous conference calls. Hopefully the MSO gets back up and running once Generex is ready. The acquisition was risky imho because of an ongoing FBI investigation into the principals of Veneto that was also noted in GNBT SEC filings detailing the acquisition agreement. Generex was trying to safeguard themselves in case the top brass at Veneto faced criminal charges. Personally, I’d much rather that Generex only target clean companies for any acquisition attempt.
