Well what they could be doing, and we brought this up earlier this week, they could sell for a loss in one of their affiliates and then buy back at another affiliate, so it looks like 2 different companies, therefore no wash sale. The only thing though at some point they will have to sell GNBT, hopefully for huge gains, in the future and now their cost basis is even lower because they bought near or at the lows. Then I imagine they find another OTC stock to do the same with to get their write offs.

Of course this is all speculation and may not be what is happening.
