Well, the beauty of it, insurance pays for this. Your Apple watch cost you 300.00 plus depending on what you wanted on it. 
I have the last gen model which only has heartbeat. I need to upgrade to the EKG one as I like it due to bypass surgery I had. But, to get it, it's another purchase, not a software upgrade and not insurance paid either.
