Well, Joe in his PR said the deal would be signed in the next 2 weeks. Giving that timeline was pretty specific with Malaysia. So, it better not be something like end of year. They have had time to work it out especially since they also put out 2 Prs on it and the 8K as well.

His 2 weeks should mean 2 weeks now.
