NP said on Tuesdays interview that they were expecting a final decision response either the next day or the day after so Wednesday or yesterday. If they received the answer late yesterday (assuming the NASDAQ sticks to their timelines) it's possible the answer was conditional and the company may be working on the condition, or working on a PR today for Monday, or they didn't receive word yet.
Not too concerned, any regulatory body, government or otherwise, does things on their own time(I'm looking right at you FDA). If we go all next week without hearing anything, I'd be concerned. If we see an sec filing for a small capital raise come out (I believe NP said if a small raise was needed they need only 24 to 48 hours to get that done) then I would be happy because I know it's coming.
The reason I even care about the uplist is l believe that puts us in position to be bought for indexes/mutual funds/ETFs etc that follow microcap/small biotech indexes and such. I don't believe any of them read statnews articles.
