Compensation Package.

Did anyone else have the thought of "buy out". Its not unheard of for people at the top of the company to load up...just incase there is an early buyer.

Also not unusual for accelerated vesting etc in the event of certain events.

Not saying thats what is happening here... but I just watched a movie where that's what the BoD did. (i know its only a movie).
