SARS COV2 patients do not develope severe hypotension or prolonged angioedema which is a hallmark of bradykinin pathology
In my opinion, cytokines are definately involved in concert with bradykinin.
LL is well poised to treat severe patients for its cytokine inhibition and boosting of adaptive immunity. I truely believed we should study LL with icatabant if Takeda shows a signal in p2.
