Selling the shares of NGIO during the ipo, with great news which I hope they will have to share, then institutions will buy at the $4 price, before or at the time of listing. They will hold the shares and it sell so you will still get the upwards buying pressure supposedly. My concern is that the 61% doesn’t get used properly, because we obviously have a great track record of that, and then they need to sell more to buy the 13% dividend preferred back. I just don’t trust they will use the money properly right now.
