Thanks for the detailed replies, and apologies to those whose additions I have yet to read - got side-tracked with an old friend tonight.
The ratcheting down I get. The over compensation I get. I don’t know how to vote. My shares probably won’t make a difference.
But my main concern (and believe me, my trust gets wobbly lately) is that we have so many headwinds. This group of shareholders is about as persnickety as my home owners association. My gut says to add my stones to David’s little sling.
Perhaps it will hinder Goliath’s hostile take-over.
Perhaps it won’t. 1/14th of outstanding I think. But at least I will have put my money where my mouth is.
Perhaps it will help us get some bigger David’s.
