IMO, there is nothing clever about it. He did not plan this. NP and the greedy board drew up the new compensation plan when the SP was running to $10 and the hype behind leronlimab had many believing it would be approved in July. What NP didn’t expect, because of his pride and overzealous nature, is that the SP wouldn’t hold above $8 and that leronlimab wouldn’t get EUA based on EIND patients and that investors are now questioning an unwarranted compensation package.
