Not necessarily , you need buyers for NGIO ......what are they buying??? We need a valuation ...... you won't have any revenues for several Q's. Hopefully we will get lucky with something ........ I'm sure some "divis" will sell after waiting patiently and disappointing GNBT results..... so far.
