I have a thought to share with the board on the topic of this falling share price. If Anson and/or Oasis (via sister companies, etc) is ultimately behind this, doesn't it mean they believe in the value - and just want a bigger piece of the pie?
What is the goal? Obviously drive the share price down to exercice those future warrants at an even lower price. But whats the use of driving the share price into the ground, losing money the whole way down, to own possibly half of a $17 million company?
They must know something we don't, or be THAT confident that the NGIO spin out will, at the very least, significantly increase the GNBT PPS, even if it doesn't sustain the $2 billion market cap Joe seems to be looking for.
This level of selling can't be (all) naked shorts, this seems to be sustained selling of millions of shares a week back and forth, sometimes hundreds of thousands of shares at a time.
